The team at HBA Consulting has recently been expanded increased with the arrival of Phil Hoskin. Phil has over 36 years management experience in Workplace Health and Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) roles within offshore and onshore oil and gas companies; Australian Government Regulators; and Consulting Companies.

He is a subject matter expert in:

• WHS Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis (including corporate and fraud investigation).
• Emergency Management and Security.
• Internal Audit and Assessment.
• Training and Competency.
• Hazard and Risk Management.
• Consequence and Likelihood Analysis.

• Management of Change.
• HSE Obligations and Legal Requirements.

Through his previous roles with organizations such as Origin Energy and the National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority (NOPSA) and the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (NOPSEMA), Phil has broad and deep expertise across all aspects of WHS.

Prior to these roles, Phil was a Senior Manager with a 'Big 4' international consulting firm for 3 years where he provided corporate governance and WHS advisory services to public and private sector organisations, as well as offshore regulators and Oil and Gas companies.
