Personnel Profile
Pam has wide-ranging experience in public sector governance, public policy and strategy development. Before commencing work with HBA Consulting in early 2014, Pam held senior leadership roles in ACT Government for 15 years, with previous experience in the ACT, federal and Victorian public sectors.
Pam’s senior executive leadership roles spanned key across-government areas that dealt with:
Pam also represented the ACT on inter-jurisdictional forums that progressed a number of COAG national reforms. She belonged to key ACT Government committees including the ACT Public Service’s senior management board. She was a member of the ACT’s Community Inclusion Board, as well as a senior ACT Government representative on the Joint Community Government Reference Group.
As a result, Pam is able to draw on these and other senior executive experiences and leadership challenges to provide practical and well balanced advice and assistance to public and private sector organisations across a broad range of issues and circumstances.
Pam has considerable experience in discrimination complaint investigation and conciliation in Victoria and in the ACT.
In 2013, Pam was awarded a Public Service Medal for leadership of coordinated and integrated policy development and service delivery across the ACT Public Service. In 2012 she was also awarded a Public Service Excellence Award from the ANZSOG Institute for Governance at the University of Canberra.
