The Workshop
is highly
interactive
and makes
use of
syndicate
sessions,
Round Table
and Panel
discussions
with experts
in the
field, to
develop
practical
and
strategically
sound
approaches
to the new
era of
employment
regulation
that can be
applied
within your
organisation.
HBA will
shortly be
advertising
these all
day
workshops
that will be
available to
all agencies
at an
off-site
training
venue. The
Workshops
can also be
made
available as
an in-house
course if an
agency has
10 or more
participants. |

Staff
Information
Sessions
These
information
sessions
are
designed
to
provide
staff
with a
basic
overview
of
WorkChoices
with
particular
emphasis
on their
rights
and
obligations
under
the Act
with
respect
to
agreement
making
and
changed
employment
conditions.
These
sessions
are held
on-site
within
agency
training
facilities
and are
scheduled
to run
for
approximately
2 hours. |
