ANNE LAISK
Anne Laisk has more than 30 years experience as a human resource management practitioner and manager in both large and small Australian Public Service agencies, including the Australian Public Service Commission, Department of Health and Ageing, Comcare and the Insolvency and Trustee Service Australia.

Since retiring from full time employment in 2007, Anne has continued to utilise her HR expertise by undertaking short term assignments for APS agencies (for example, investigating and advising on code of conduct matters, reviewing and developing HR policies, workplace agreements etc), and by working as a volunteer in developing Asia-Pacific countries, assisting with HR capacity-building and skill development.

Anne has extensive experience as a senior manager in all aspects of human resource management and industrial relations, and is available to undertake consultancies in the following areas:

Investigation of suspected breaches of the code of conduct, review of employment-related actions, and other complex HR matters;

Development and/or review of human resource management and related policies, procedures and guidelines (areas of expertise include: recruitment and selection; remuneration and employment conditions; reward and recognition; workplace diversity and equal employment opportunity; bullying and harassment; occupational health and safety; leadership, learning and development);

Development of workplace agreements, and associated policies and practices;

Development of change management strategies to achieve successful implementation of organisational change.

Graduate Certificate in Change Management, Australian Graduate School of Management

Bachelor of Arts (Hons), University of Sydney

Certified Professional Member, Australian Human Resource Institute.
