Gary Champion Gary has spent the majority of his career focusing on the area of Human Resources and Human Resource Management in Commonwealth and State Governments both as a consultant and a public servant. Gary is a specialist in public sector organisational strategy, cultural change, change management and business improvement across all key areas of Human Resource Management. He has been involved in the development, formulation and delivery of public sector reforms across these areas at senior levels in both Commonwealth and State jurisdictions.
