HBA Performance Management Service can provide you with economical, expert and pragmatic assistance in:

designing new performance management arrangements that will dovetail  with your remuneration system and associated classification and advancement provisions (which of course we can also review);

examining existing performance management arrangements, identifying theoretical and operational issues and recommending specific improvements;

developing and conducting workshops, round table discussions and training sessions to ensure people at all levels in your organization have an opportunity to express views on existing performance management arrangements and can understand and commit to any new arrangements.

We use our own evaluation methodology when examining an organization’s performance management system, but do not believe in stock answers, and do not sell a particular product. Experience tells us that arrangements that work for one organization may be quite wrong for another. Our recommendations take account of sound principle, relevant policy and best practice, but are always tailored to the client’s particular circumstances and needs.
