Prior to joining HBA consulting,
Ashley Stanley worked in the
Australian Public Service for
more than 30 years in large and
small agencies in regional,
central office and overseas
environments. Ashley has worked
in a number of senior corporate
management positions and gained
extensive experience in human
resource management, industrial
relations, financial management
and corporate governance.
Ashley retired as Human Resource
Manager in the Office of the
Commonwealth Ombudsman in 2002
after working in a range of
finance, human resource,
classification management and
industrial, and management
positions in the Department of
Defence for 32 years.
Ashley has had wide ranging
human resource, industrial and
corporate management experience
and is available to undertake
consultancies in the following
areas:
